Villa AM

Villa AM is a contemporary residence located in Hay Al Nakheel, Riyadh. The interior design responds to the villa's generous scale while creating spaces that feel refined, warm and carefully composed for both everyday family life and the reception of guests.

The design establishes a clear relationship between the different living areas through proportion, material and light. Formal and informal spaces retain their individual character while remaining part of a coherent interior language.

A restrained palette of natural tones, timber, stone and textured surfaces creates warmth and depth throughout the residence. Furniture, lighting and architectural details are integrated into the composition, balancing elegance with simplicity and allowing materiality and spatial experience to define the character of the home.

The result is a contemporary Riyadh residence where scale and refinement are balanced by a sense of comfort, creating an interior that is both representative and personal.
