Jiyeh Villa

Jiyeh Villa is a contemporary coastal residence south of Beirut, where the interior design is shaped by the relationship between living spaces, landscape and the Mediterranean Sea.

The main living areas are conceived as open, connected spaces, allowing views and natural light to become an integral part of the interior. Large glazed openings dissolve the boundary between inside and outside, extending the experience of the living and dining areas toward the garden and sea.

The interior palette is deliberately restrained, allowing the architecture, furniture and landscape to work together. Warm timber elements, neutral surfaces and carefully selected contemporary furniture bring texture and warmth to the spaces while maintaining a sense of openness and simplicity.

Living, dining and kitchen areas share a coherent design language while retaining their individual functions. Throughout the house, the interior remains visually quiet, allowing light, proportion and the surrounding landscape to define its character.

The result is a relaxed contemporary interior closely connected to its coastal setting, where space, material and Mediterranean light shape the experience of the home.
