Allée Des Arts

Allée des Arts is a mixed-use residential development in Gemmayzeh, Beirut, designed by AccentDG, with selected residential interiors developed by ADG Interiors.

The interiors extend the architectural concept into the apartments through open living spaces, generous natural light and a restrained contemporary material palette. Duplex and simplex residences are organized around strong visual connections between interior spaces and private terraces, gardens and the surrounding urban context.

Clean architectural lines, integrated staircases and carefully considered spatial transitions create a sense of continuity throughout the residences. Rather than treating the interior as a separate layer, the design reinforces the relationship between architecture, landscape and everyday living.

The result is a contemporary residential environment that maintains the architectural identity of Allée des Arts while creating calm, light-filled interiors within the dense urban fabric of Gemmayzeh.
