Villa Venti

Complementing the architecture design approach, a unique proposal was designed for each type to cater to the needs of diverse inhabitants.

Type 1 The urban contemporary type was designed as a simple, minimalist space. The colors are a range of dark greys. Natural material, stone and wood, were used in their basic form.  The furniture is simple, without excessive decoration. A diffused quality of light added to the austere atmosphere.

Type 2 & 4 The elegant chic type serves to provide flexibility, using mobile panels to transform the use of space.  A combination of marble cladded walls, diamond cut veneer, patterns from nature and crystal chandeliers give a glimpse of luxury amongst the refined furniture.

Type 3 The modern luxury type is a combination of neoclassical and minimalist furniture and lighting. Molding in the wall partitions provides the sense of warmth while the evident use of open book marble wall cladding adds to the lavish ambience. A system was devised for the master bedrooms, whereby the open dressing room was integrated with the bathroom, acting as an extension to the suite. Tinted mirrors in the dressing room become part of the bedroom’s elevation.  Cascading gardens are used to animate the transition from ground floor to the gymnasium on the basement level.  A curtain of waterfall in the pool area controls the outdoor temperature, making the ambience more pleasant.
