UNICEF offices

The UNICEF Offices occupy four floors of SAMA Beirut Tower in Achrafieh, Lebanon. ADG Interiors transformed the original shell into a flexible workplace designed to support collaboration, focused work and different modes of interaction.

The workplace is organized as a sequence of open work areas, meeting rooms, individual workspaces and shared zones. Rather than creating a uniform office environment, each floor incorporates smaller collaborative settings and informal gathering spaces that allow employees to move between different ways of working throughout the day.

Material, color and lighting are used to give identity and warmth to the spaces while maintaining the openness of the original structure. More intimate zones are introduced within the larger floor plates through changes in scale, furniture and ceiling elements, creating a balance between collective and individual work.

Graphic elements and illuminated messages referencing UNICEF's mission are integrated into the interior, connecting the workplace to the organization's identity and purpose.

The result is an adaptable working environment where space, material and communication come together to create a workplace that is functional, collaborative and distinctly connected to UNICEF.
